Using dxtory on AoS?

The original, free Ace of Spades game powered by the Voxlap engine. Known as “Classic,” 0.75, 0.76, and all 0.x versions. Created by Ben Aksoy.

Does anyone use dxtory for video recording in AoS? If so, how did you set it up?

I can't get it to work D:

IIRC, dxtory works only on OpenGL games, and AoS isn't an OpenGL game. I could be wrong though,

You are wrong. you can use Dxtory for Ace of Spades. I used it once or twice.

Okay, I did get it to work, but it's very iffy with AoS. If I try to minimize at all, it'll stop. I think I'll just stick with fraps.

When you minimize it, it runs in the backround, but it still works!

Fraps lags more than dxtory on AoS :|

I remember spotting some scary DirectX code, when I was working with Voxlap. Was probably just some Win32 functions though.
