You don't seem to get the point of this. It does not, and never will, add ranks. Having an account system allows other plugins to track users properly, so someone could write a rank system if they wanted to and this would make it easier for them to do so.

I thought the lawnchair was done?
The launcher is done in terms of being a launcher. The actual VoxelAuth side of it wasn't complete though. It is now, and will be released when the server plugin is finished (hopefully later today).
PokeyzRule wrote:One question: Other than a white list, is there going to be a separate blacklist from the banlist, if there is one?
The problem with banning VoxelAuth accounts is that people can just sign up for another one to get around it, as it's free. One system I have been considering writing in the future though is a reputation based system, where users get reputation based on how old their accounts are (making new accounts somewhat worthless) and for playing on servers without being banned, but losing rep by being banned. I haven't worked out the details yet, but with the right balance, this would definitely help keep trouble-makers out.
When you said "it's open source" I thought you were refering to VoxelAuth, when evidentally you were refuring to Iceball. That is why I asked where the source was.

I'll eventually hook up a raw TCP API for it. Considering that since 0.0-30, clsave/config.json is actually being used now, we can actually have a clientside addr/port whitelist.
Version 1.1.0 of the launcher has been released. This allows you to authenticate with VoxelAuth and join VoxelAuth enabled servers. Version 1 of the pyspades plugin has been released. This allows only VoxelAuth users to connect to your server and uses their saved display name.
