Let's just get a little more advanced for now. Talk about expenses. How do we make a website when we usually have to pay to make a website? Weebly works fine but we'll need to pay too if we want the weebly out of the website name (ex. http://www.mywebsite.weebly.com).

You could just make a simple, free website and if this turns to become a serious thing, then maybe a paid site.

Voxlap is almost 10 years old so I suggest you don't use it. Instead something line unity or unreal would be better as there is more tutorials and information on each engine. Also, a website is really not needed. You can post the download on dropbox and make a thread on here for your game. Just start learning something though, you don't know how to code yet you want to make a voxel based shooter.

Awesome! I would like to keep in touch with you in progress wise. I want every last bit of information about this game and try to help with music Ex: For the main screen

I admire your effort, but I think a better thing to do if you want to actually make a game like Ace of Spades, is gain some experience first. Openspades like some others have suggested is a great place to start, especially since it's Open source and all. Begin learning C++ and start experimenting, you might make progress and become a good contributor to Openspades.

If I have time, I may also jump onboard with its development with a friend. Rather than scattering around making a dozen copies of the same game, we should try work together to perfect one. You'll get a lot more help that way too, if you get stuck.

I guess you have a point there. Thanks. I might stick to your plan for a while.

Right...
That's a point, but the problem with OpenSpades is, it is not a standalone game(yet?). So you won't be able to add new features.
You can only enhance/improve the features we have already if I am right.

Anyways, good luck Delta!
Thanks. By the way, do you know how I could wear the "Blue Master Race" badge?

Click on the Ucp button on top, then click on the Usergroups button, click on the circle next to Blue Master Race, then finally scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the right click on the Submit button.
