After the splash, before the start-up menu:
A serious error caused OpenSpades to stop working:

Failed to dlload '/Library/Frameworks/OpenAL-Soft.framework/OpenAL-Soft': dlopen(/Library/Frameworks/OpenAL-Soft.framework/OpenAL-Soft, 1): image not found
Same error as Izzy.
Maybe try switching Audio Backend to YSR?
Just following up: No errors with YSR. Runs beautifully on Mac OS 10.9.2!

I am encountering a problem with OpenSpades, the magazines appear to be placed on the wrong place.
Here are some pictures

You need to open the Magazine.kv6 file in SLAB6 and then adjust the pivots of the model.

What exactly do you mean by that? Also, it's the stock SMG model, the only thing that is modded are the sights.

In the Tools tab in SLAB6 you have the option "Adjust Pivots". Select it, then move your mouse to one of the squares representing each plane(x, y and z) and move it to adjust its position.
It might be an error in the stock model itself, idk. I still haven't played 0.0.11 much.

My god it's so pretty, it's the most amazing thing this 2.2GHz Single Core processor has ever seen.
*sigh*, though it looks like this won't be running on grandma's computer.

Could you run it on the Software setting?

If you turn off all the unnecessary special effects I think it should be running.

Yeah, that helped, at first the mouse wouldn't even move smoothly around the window so I gave up almost instantly.
Thanks!~
