Mediafire has no wait time, no captcha that I can remember and ads can be easily blocked with browser plugins. Besides, it is free ::::::::DDDDDDDDDDD

Last time I went on it (a week ago) I had to type in a captcha. Mega is also very secure and has a ton of space and bandwidth for free,

I recommend Dropbox at dropbox.com, unlike others it isnt cheap.
It is very simple to host and download files.
+No ads.
