I dont know whats wrong with it it seems really small except the Iron sights

Looks like that because it was made for Openspades and you are using it in Ace of Spades, or backwards?

try to double the dimensions on the model without magazine. I've had the same problem and fixed it that way. I am not sure if it's for every model, I think that I've made one before and it was the correct size without editing, but I don't remember really.

tried that and it looks nice (in addition I can put more detail into it like a dust cover FA etc.)
but now I need to get the front sight where it needs to be

use adjust pivot in slab6 and you can change its position. I think you hover the mouse over the specific axis to move it on that axis

It's just because the scope(s) are in the wrong position, they're made for the default gun model, and the one you made is pretty low (and mind you, has a scope anyway).

Meh, 0.0.10 is a nice update but it just screwed all the mods I was using in 0.0.9. :/

I still use 0.0.9 because having all the automatic 3 scopes and jazz is too confusing on 0.10.

to fix that you need to edit (View.as) file for each weapon.
resources/pak010-BaseSkin.pak/Scripts/Skin in this direction you have (Block,Grenade,Rifle,Shotgun,SMG,Spade) edit VIEW file for (RIFLE its line 134 - 145) for editing use Notepad++
