No, rematches before the 17th dont count towards your record

"You won’t be able to have a rematch with a team until the start of the next stage, unless it is the final section, in which case rematches are allowed if you have not already played the team 3 times."

the second stage starts on the 17th and you played the match on the 16th. Therefore the game of you against Mogen waifu Shafia was not accounted

there is a limit of 10 core players on a team. even if I take out redskull doing this would leave you with 12 players.

Good question, it should be said by the admin online that this case was VIN, but I don't know, ask him or whatever.
