Hello really want to play this game, but this error pops up:

What i've tried:
Reinstalling laucher
Restarting PC
Checked that my .NET framework is up to date (4.5)
Run as admin
Run in compatibility mode for Windows Xp - 7
Specifications:
AMD Athlon II X4 3.4ghz
4GB RAM
Sapphire Radeon R7 260X
Windows 8.1
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Might be Windows 8.1 My little borther had issues with it. Then only thing I can tell you is. When I first got the launcher I had issues with it. I had aos installed on my desktop. As well as the installs on the launcher. I had to erase everything. redownlaod. Go to launcher and add extension to the launcher without installing anything to my computer. Then it cleared up.
