IK OP meaning is over-powered but that doesn't actually describe the power of SMG.

the smg is too overpowered now but in 0.75 we can't control that can we? anyways smg is just overpowered and shotgun is like underpowered now lol

Not always. If you miss a headshot with a rifle, you can still get that person.
