they are planning but it'll never happen, north korea doesn't have the balls for it, the USA would jump in and bomb north korea like it did with japan in WWII.

Neither North Korea or South Korea will have the balls to traverse the DMZ, because any battalion they send in will be vaporized pretty quickly by nukes. North Korea doesn't really have the missile technology needed for a ICBM, but they sure as hell are able to hide a nuclear bomb and detonate it when troops pass by.
