Sea travel to here, use the sea expansion bonus:
If that terr in specific doesn't have a coast 4-sea-terr-away from me(as it appears to have under zoom, a 4- or 5-pixel wide coast), then go to the one just to his left, that should be 4 sea terrs away.

ok I dont quite know if I'm already touching dan(using the PS3's browser), but if I am, attack him, priority for taking the capital. If I'm not, just expand towards him.
