Alright, so jagex also mentions on the site that player-made servers will be a thing. Could this be them preparing to stop developing the game. And just let players run the show? I mean, that would be an effective way for them to make the game live on a little bit longer and paying very little for it to do so. After all, the player count graph doesn't make the future look very good.
