Attack kmaj. Can I take the two extra terrs and put them somewhere, or if I attack that option is unavailable?

If I can, put those here, on the orange terrs. That gap between the sea and terrs bothers me a little. If not, then just give extra battle exp.

The +2 terrs are given for a land expansion, not land conquest. Your only reasonable option would be +1 xp.

expand to willy in such a way to allow derpster quickest possible path to willy as well and remain adjacent to me. + battle exp.
