To add a picture,do something like this:

But all images I try to add are .pcx and the pictures don't exist in any website. What do I do? These questions must be stupid, but I a am a newbie, so I need help...

First download an image editor that can edit .pcx files (I use gimp but you can just google one)
Once your all done editing save it as a .png file.
Then upload the pic to a site like imgur and once its uploaded right click on the pic. Click on copy image URL and paste the copied url inside this [img]PASTE_URL_HERE[/img] when your on the forums and the pic should come up. Or if your feeling lazy just upload it to imgur and paste the link to the album.

Or you can just do the print screen, for my laptop I press the FN key and insert, then you open an image editor, I use paint.net, press paste to get the image onto the image editor and save as is
