I doubt we can get the server hosts to switch to .76. Those that have lot's of activity in their servers might not want to change.

.76 is not much of a difference than .75 anyway.

Because people don't like to have their "precious" SMG nerfed while the broken rifle is actually fixed on 0.76.

This.

Anyone who says that 0.75 is better literally has no idea what they are saying...except for the fonts.
And before you say anything at all jdrew, the rifle is, in fact, more accurate in 0.76 than 0.75.

How do you measure accuracy then? Yea it says it in the change log and everyone seems to believe it is better but personally the rifle in 0.75 is much better and I can get more kills with it. It is in 0.76 that my shots do actually not hit their targets not 0.75 like everyone claims. Fighting over my opinion though will not change it so please don't, I would rather have the thread carry on then get derailed again.

Accuracy is measured by how much the bullet's path deviates from where you aimed. Factually, .76's rifle is more accurate.

Yea but there's one tiny little thing.
You are wrong.

There's this thing called "spread" or "deviation." It is the number of degrees that the bullet will randomly deviate from the straight line it is aiming down. The spread in 0.76 is smaller* than in 0.75 so no matter how much you "think" it isn't more accurate, it is, by every definition and by math itself, more accurate.

*it is mathematically smaller to the point where it exists, but it would take more than the length of the map for it to actually be a noticeable factor in any way

So in conclusion, this isn't an opinion that you have, it's you being a moron and just being flat out wrong.

When did I say that I was right? When did I say that I was speaking facts? I said it was my opinion which does not have to be facts or even based on facts. Opinions definition from wikipedia:
In general, an opinion is a judgement, viewpoint, or statement about matters commonly considered to be subjective, i.e. based on that which is less than absolutely certain, and is the result of emotion or interpretation of facts.

also I do like how you did the exact opposite about not derailing the thread, just drop it you won't change my opinion

FTFY. You can claim that you are more comfortable with the spread in 0.75, as that is subjective. You can't reasonably say that it is more accurate than 0.76 once you have been factually proven wrong.

Why are you stupid?

You can have the opinion that 2+2=5, but does that mean it's right? No. It's in the same vein that the rifle in 0.76 is more accurate than the rifle in 0.75, because the numerical value that dictates its deviation from where the rifle points is lower than that in 0.75. Whatever your opinion is doesn't change a thing, as its a fact.

And this is not a derail, as the superiority of 0.76 is put into question here.

Generally when someone voices an opinion, they're implying that they believe it and stand behind it. Though this might be another social experiment.

And yeah, iirc, the rifle is factually more accurate in 0.76, the 0.75 version has it to where it's harder to hit the target or something.

In 0.76 there is no bullet spread on rifle, while on 0.75 there is a bullet spread (for example when you exactly aim at the head but yet the bullet misses).

Actually there is a small amount of bullet spread in .76, but it is so tiny it makes no practical difference except in extreme ranges.

... That's like me saying that the UNited States has 1000 states, but then me saying that my own opinion.

And people, .76 is in front of .75 for a reason. It's the superior version. Very rarely is the next version of a game in beta WORSE than it's beta version before it. It's just common sense.
