@jdrew I was just saying that in the first paragraph of the OP there are a lot of spelling errors.

Also, when I open the BnS launcher it only finds the 0.76 installation when I scan even though I have the 0.75 one as well. I just installed the 0.75 because 76 servers are always empty. What do I do to get admin on the AK server. Is there a thread or something?

I was feeling generous, so I patched up some of the OP for you. Merry Christmas.

A mainly social AoS clan, the American Knights are all about having fun and playing with friends. Currently we have a team in the official B&S League, but we still play clan matches and do other events as well. We also hold clan matches from time to time. The American Knights' main goal is to give a community to anyone who fits the requirements but does not want to deal with some of the issues that can come with being in a competitive clan. We also strive to provide our members with a mature and unique setting where anyone is welcome to join.

As I said uninstall everything that has to do with AoS including the BnS launcher then get the latest version of the launcher and it will do everything for you. Like I said before, you have to be above member in AK to automatically get admin. You are free to apply though.

Thorean, try uninstalling, deleting all the original downloads. Make sure there's nothing from the install left. re download and start fresh. Sometimes folders, files can be broken through any sort of manner. I did this and it worked for me.

Jdrew, If you need an admin for later times of the night let me know. I stay up later usually and will admin if you need me. Also, checked the server out. It ran smoothly, nice map rotation as well.

I want to improve AK's server by making it more popular and turning AK into part of a server branch. Now I have never done this before so it is hard for me to say how to best do this but I had a theory that I think will help us. I want the server to have at least 15 players at a given time.

My theory is that players join when other players join. So that means that not matter how good a server is as long as there is no one there then the server will not grow at all. Players also join servers that have at least 5-10 people and also only join the most popular servers. There for the logical answer to getting the AK server noticed and keeping it at the top is to have at least 5 players on so that when people go and see the server list a few of them will join, then a few more, and then a few more, until finally we will be able to maintain a stable amount of players. We will also be doing events and stuff. Also I think we should have a clan meeting some time next week or this week so we can train with everyone and make sure everyone knows our plan for the next season of the league.

It's easy to say you want 15 players on all the time, but how are you going to do it? I think it would be a great idea to have AK be a server branch, but does the thing you bought allow you to have more than one server? Are you planning on extending it for more than a month?

I have more then enough money to pay for the server for a year, the VPS itself can hold two AoS servers at the same time so it would be very easy to host two at the same time how ever I would rather have one server that has a lot of players all the time and is fully moderated then two servers that are half empty with hardly any moderation. I don't really know how I am going to get people on it, as long as people are playing more will join. I will be updating the maps and restarting the server later today.
