I say we educate them at a college level as part of basic training so that they're all proficient for professional jobs if they come back.
In other words, our entire armies are made of officers, super soldiers, and conscripts.

China is second world. First world is composed by rich capitalist countries aligned to the NATO, aka EUA, Western Europe, 'straya, Japan. Second world are socialist countries with planified economy, aka Soviet Union, China. Third world are poor countries with heavy in-fighting between capitalism and communism for their government during the Cold War aka parts of Africa, Latin America, etc.
