I think it isn't going to change much, with D and B taking the lead with a good advantage over C and E, fighting for third place.

Well Monstarules could decide the catagory, as he has been doing. While everyone is signing up there could be a poll with 5-10 weapons, under the catogory, of his choice. When sign ups end so would the poll and, from there, we would have a
specific weapon.

Sounds good to me, although that could potentially mean a bigger delay before the votation actually starts, or less time for submitting the mods.

@Commie; there are a lot of improvements that could be made. Its bad enough the competition already takes longer than a month.

This. For whatever reason, when Monstarules asks for a shotgun, people go "OMG I C DIS IN KOWBOI MOOVEEZ SO I VOT OMG OMG XDXDXDXDXDXDXD"

Shotguns B, C, and E are all legitimate shotguns, but don't look like a bloody Winchester clone or whatever.

We're doing Anti Personnel rifles witch calibers .30 and up. I don't mean DMR's either this time. Actual rifles.
