I usually report on IRC when I see a hacker or /admin. Here lately I haven't seen any hackers. But when I do report I get an answer maybe 1 out of 3.
With that being said. Aloha has a lot of servers to admin. And Aloha has a lot of admins. (not as much as they should.) These admins are humans who have lives. There are going to be times when no admins are on or are Afk. No game is completely hacker free. it's just simply impossible. Aloha is the only server I've ever even received an answer to beep or /admin. Just because they don't answer you doesn't mean they aren't checking it out. It's very likely that they simple get on the server find that they're not hacking and leave without saying anything.
With this ^ being said. Aloha servers are the top used servers. And the most smoothly run. If you feel this strongly about administrating servers. Put forth the effort, prove your maturity, apply, apply, apply, apply till you're accepted as a trusted. Then keep moving up the chain.
One great thing about BnS and all relation to it is, is that any one can move up the chain to a higher position. I've you don't like what's going on. Bust your ass, put in the time and effort make that Moderator position and do it your self. Aloha wont hold it against you. They're pretty mature over there in aloha. And will gladly accept the help of another. That is just one more person to make Aloha a better server than it already is.
again sorry for the grammar.

You're right. The rifle spread in 0.76 is barely noticeable compare to the one in 0.75.
