now, most of the times, games' music is so bad i just turn it off, so doesn't really matter to me
Steam AoS has great music

Well with OST's they make the game more epic if the game itself and the soundtrack is good. Playing a intense part of the game without any epic song behind it is kinda weird. Love epic music with epic moments in games lol.

Anyway, back on topic, OSTs actually can make the game more epic and livelier and sometimes it can actually make the game itself.

Most of the soundtrack feels effortless and empty for me, apparently just like the game itself.

The OST's in The last of Us worked perfectly together.
