An Ace of Spades server requires almost no RAM to run. What increases your RAM is the influx of players/full servers and from what region they hail. If you have a US server and it's full of people from Brazil, it's gonna use a lot more RAM, but on average, you can run up to three 32 player servers on 512mb of RAM.
