Following the map indications, from the red line to West is the area for Atlan to expand and from the red line to East my expansion area. (If you don't really get what I am trying to explain tell me flei.)

Expand by sea, using the round's sea expansion bonus. Shortest route to Turkey. I believe it is two sea terrs away, right?

Keep in mind that you cannot roll to expand via land in case your sea exp. fails (goes for everyone). It's called risk for a reason.
You'll still get the 2 territory bonus either way though.

Round 8. Some islands now have links (bold black) between them which allows land expansion. Crossing each bold black link takes 1 roll value (without giving any territories).

NSP rolls 5 and receives 1 battle xp.
