Although you don't HAVE to have it if you see 15 or so errors in a clan thread you can assume that the clan is not very mature, the leader doesn't know what he is doing, and the clan isn't very strong. Which seems to be the case but don't be sad, keep working to become a better leader and fix some of your mistakes. The clan could turn out fine you just need to fix some mistakes and format everything better. PM me if you want any help
