Sh!t has hit the fan.

Story
All citizens of Hasada have been evacuated for an imminent nuclear threat posed by Bruce Kruger, the infamous leader of Anarchist Army, citizens who have left the state claim it is a giant white phosphorous brick, army with remote detonators it could go off, blowing a hole in the earth strong enough to create a tidal wave to consume all of North america, Oceania and South East Asia, the world has been put in mass hysteria. The government has come to it's knees and has started negotiating with the infamous leader of AA, but some people have set foot to stop them before it comes to making a deal.
The adventurer
Story: Snuck into the perimeter of the Hasada Islands during the original chaos, has organised them self with what they might need to take down the notorious leader of AA, and hoping to become a famous underdog.
Restrictions: No LMGs or rocket launchers, no armor, no ghillie suits, does not know how to administer wound dressing or amphetamines, no thermal or infrared. Weight limit 25kg.
Mercenary
Story: Secretly hired by the government, the mercenary uses his skills in weaponry to take down his opponents head on, thought there weakness is that they are not very maneuverable.
Restrictions: No ghillie suits, no infrared, no scopes on guns, no rocket launchers, does not know how to administer amphetamines. Weight limit 30kg.
Civilian
Story: After the evacuation of Hasada, you decided to stay, enjoy the place all to yourself because this whole ordeal is not going to happen, but after staying for a few nights, the patrols of guards is heavy, and you decide this isn't how you want Hasada to be, you're not the toughest of people but you know you have the island spirit on your side.
Restrictions: No LMGs, rocket launchers or shotguns, only knows how to administer band-aids, no thermal, night-vision or infrared, no ghillie suits or camouflage, no more than two attachments on your gun, no explosives. Weight limit 25kg.
Hitman
Story: An assassin who was forgotten and left on Hasada was spotted by AA troops, they offered him a job to be a hitman for AA, he will be protected from the bomb and will be highly payed, those two guards were spotted the next morning after not answering there pager's, they were dead on the floor and no one had any idea who has done, in the hitman's mind he realized that maybe it could be a good offer as who roams around the streets.
Restrictions: SMG and pistol only, only normal clothes or tuxedo, does not need to be supplied with food or water. Weight limit 20kg.

How does the game work?

It's an RPG forum game, which means people from the forum create a character, and I am the game-master, around every 12 to 24 hours a character is given a choice of options (ALOT faster in the early rounds, 30mins - 2 hours), if they do the wrong thing they can die, all the choices or options are reflected around your characters class, loadout, disabilities and story, you can die at any moment so be aware.

Class: Doesn't fit in any.
Story: Little is known about him. He lives in the snowy mountains (in a little cave with a fire, a sleeping bag and a hiker's backpack with a bit more ammo and some MRE's), appears to have military training, and to have excelent survival skills.
He kills or scares off anyone who comes to the mountains, and he's a sneaky bastard.
Mental Disabilities: Due to his isolation from society, he can't speak very well.
Handicaps: Can't use any guns other than the ones he has.

White Feather has a moment of clarity, he's spent his whole life away from everybody, not communicating and living by himself, he never really wondered why he did it, he decided maybe it is time to explore the world, or at-least what he knows with it, he heads outside of his cave and decides to venture, he then sees a patrol, lightly armed, he sees them but they don't see him, he doesn't know who they are, he wants to leave his cave but doesn't want to die, he then decides to...

1. Take aim with his rifle, and try to get a rapid succession on both of the guards, then check their bodies.
2. Walk up to the patrol and try to communicate peacefully with them.
3. Run quietly to the peak of the mountain (location 12) and take rest there.

Story: Drake used to be a a soldier in the IDF through the mahal program until he did his duty then he went back to the usa and joined the Rangers and now he is investigating the AA and perhaps protecting the people of hasada

Camera for taking photos of targets. Cigars, a map of the region+marker for annotations, a paint spray for marking locations, GPS to self-localize when there are no other possible means. Scrapbook for keeping tabs on targets, prices and buyers. Lots of money, a deck of cards to pass the time, two spare magazines for the main handgun and two reserve boxes of ammo, besides a single spare magazine for the backup gun. Headset for communication, flint'n'steel for survival, sunglasses to protect from the sun(duh) and to look cool, Keffyeh to protect from dirt and sand, and to look cool. David was a young orphan at the age of 4, left on the streets for someone to take him in. A Man, Tall, Muscular, found him and decided that if he didn't do something David would die. He took David with him to the military, where he was trained starting at the age of 11. After a full 5 years of training, David left the military and became an Assassin, killing those who he deemed worthy of only Death. Vicious businessmen who became corrupt, Government who tore people from their homes without consideration, all of them paid the price. Word spread between companies of this Assassin, fearing for their lives they called the military to seek out and kill him. David knew that he had to flee, He didn't want to kill those close to him, so David left the town and became a lone wanderer. His name faded into the dust the further he went, but he knew it would never, truly dissapear. As he travelled, he met merchants, telling the horrible tales of terrorists who threaten the lives of hundreds of innocent people with a single weapon. David decides that it was time, time to bring back the plague he was once known for, to return as The Black Death.

(Not sure if I should treat this seriously or not but...)
Sasha arrives at the drop zone (location 4), all she sees is a steppe underneath the drop zone, she sees a village nearby (location 1), no one is there, that she can see, she tries to walk but realizes she is so over-encumbered that she can barely move, she decides that she will...

1. Drop 75% of her milk 25% of her ammo and get rid of all her weapons except her AK-74 then walk to the village.
2. Wait it out, maybe something will come to her that she can kill.
3. She decides to walk to the village anyway (3 turns).

White Feather takes aim with his rifle, he aims for the first patrol and shoots, the bullet goes straight through the guards head, he wants to celebrate but first has to kill the other patrol member, he shoots but misses this time, the patrol member is running like crazy to escape, he takes a third shot and get the other patrol member in the knee, he is alive but falls to the ground, White Feather walks to the injured person, he tries to ask who he works for but can't talk properly, "kill me" he says, so White Feather Pulls out his pistol and shoots him in the face, he looks at the gear he has and sees a badge on the person, AA - Anarchist army, it then entered his mind that something has been happening around the place he didn't know about, he then loots the gear from both the guards, he receives
- 2 Beef Jerky packets
- 1 Bottle of water
- 1 MRE
- 1 Wound dressing
He then decides to...

1. Head to the direction the guards were coming from (location 10).
2. Turn the other way and head there (location 12).
3. Snack on a Beef Jerky packet.
4. Return home (location 11) and gather up more resources for this ordeal that might be happening.

2. Investigate the uninhabited village to his west.
3. Cut wood from the forest near him with his kukuri, then start a fire, then put water in his canteen and purify it over the fire.

Also, the backstore for Hitman in the OP is not very clear. Did he murder the guards and changed sides? On whose side is he? Who was phone?

Backstory:
Emmons had just passed his final year of medical school and to celebrate his father organised a fishing trip for him along with his fiancée and his two best friends. Poor planning and ignorance of local weather patterns meant Emmons and crew were met with an unforeseen and particularly violent storm later that day. Emmons managed to swim ashore (at the north eastern beach at point 3) arriving just days after the recent evacuation. He waited and waited but his loved ones never turned up.

Emmons, distraught could often be found pacing the beach aimlessly. One day he stumbled upon on a few left over military crates (possibly left by the Anarchist Army). Notably among these were tea rations and morphine syrettes. Unable to cope mentally, he started using.

Nowadays he is a rather melancholy man - well when he is not mellowed out by his prickly friends. Emmons refuses to leave his beach and spends his days fishing, gazing far out to sea. Emmons offers free medical assistance to anyone in need. He avoids violence and instead prefers to settle conflicts peacefully over tea and cigarettes.

Denizens of Hasada often mention of his kindness and there seems to be an informal agreement on the island that the doctors beach is neutral ground.

Disabilities: Opiate dependence, PTSD, Depression, Frequent bouts of insomnia.
Handicaps: Unable to leave beach.

The hitman's story isn't meant to be clear, its a mystery shrouded in dust and coated with darkness :P

1. Kill the AA members and go to help the person by themself.
2. Kill the AA members and the person who's trying to kill them, he/she could be a threat!
3. Help AA and kill the person who's trying to kill AA

Shadowhunter is gathering resources near the main village, while collecting them, in the distance he sees to AA operatives, heavily armed, the chances of you defeating them are minuscule so you decide too...

1. Try to defeat them anyway, you'd rather die then be a coward.
2. Negotiate with them, say that you could be of help to them, try make a deal.
3. Run away, you don't want to be spotted and you don't want to risk negotiating with heavily armored soldiers.

What I meant with is not clear is that the way it is written leaves some questions about what the fuck happened.
