Ok, I made a more reasonable load out, I weigh 31.89kg, not sure if it would count towards bullets's challenge...
Also I'm not sure what types of bullets I would need for the guns I chose, so I just went with the ones that looked the most sane..

Ok, the government went to shit. It is not clear what has happened, as you were only a child when shit hit the fan, but now there is no real government, there are few settlements and a LOT of punks and raiders running around stealing shit.
You've lived for a long time in such a small settlement, and are a grown, relatively strong man(Weight limit: 25kg), with some experience in handling weapons, but not too much(limited to shotguns, SMGs, and pistols). However, the settlement has been raided and is being burned to ashes. You still have access to a medicinal supply, weapons and ammunition cache and other such survival stuff, and your only hope is to take what you need and run to another nearby friendly settlement that is at least a week's walk away. The more you take, the longer the walk will last, though.

Sleeping bag and heater for sleeping,
Tones of ammo, in case SHTF,
Mono-vision goggle to see enemies behind areas I can't see with the naked eye,
Raggy camouflage outfit, better than nothing,
Kriss vector with a silencer, so in case I kill a thug/punk the others won't hear it, and a scope to take out enemies from afar.

What type of map maker? Just like a what you would see from a map in minecraft or something, or a terrain map.

Something akin to forum risk might be cool, but knowing where other people are might kind of ruin it.
Here's mine with Commie's scenario.

MREs and Water for drinking. (I didn't find any water purification items, so I'll assume I have some.)
Double barrel shotgun (long) 16 normal shells, and 8 slugs.
1911 with 3 mags of ammo.
Machete, for close combat or cutting things.
Cigarettes for trading.
General medical supply- medkit, painkillers, antibiotics, bandages, wound dressing.
Swiss army knife and multitool for general usefulness.
Weapon cleaning kit to keep my guns making booms.
Sleeping bag for nap time.
Old clothes/hat/keffiyeh for some camouflage and protection from the elements. I can also pull the keffiyeh farther up my face if I need to.
Sunglasses for the ultimate cool factor

Nearly hit the weight limit on this one. 24.7 kilos, and I thought of having myself as a Russian, since you didn't say anything about the location(and Russia's pretty much fucked up in some areas).

I think all I need for the week's walk is pretty much in here.

I hope a pistol will be enough.(Im taking the "silencer" so the muzzle flash cant be seen at night.
Food and water should be enough for 7 days.
Some glasses so I get that +2PER :D
And some basic shit like duct tape,a knife and a tent.

Also you have only one can of drink thats non-alcoholic.
And from the looks of your character you would get shot on sight I guess.
