Currently 6/8 of the clan have voted, that means there are two people who have not submitted their votes yet. Since new members do not know what is going on they will not be voting. Those 2 people who ever they may be have til Monday to submit their vote. We should not drag this out any longer then a week. You still have 5 days so it shouldn't be hard.
