Also if you have any other weapons you'd like me to try make let me know. I can only make bullet based weapons at the moment so nothing like a rocket launcher.
That sounds great :D
How about a bolt-action sniper rifle? Or a 3-Shot burst fire M16A4? There should be a button for changing fire modes. But it would be cheating unless OS becomes it's own thing.
Here's some mods ^ if you're into that kinda thing. 4 lyf

Bolt-action would be pretty simple. Well not exactly simple. The animation would probably be a pain in the ass. Anything burst fire would be a bit more complex.

Could you attempt a LMG? Like it shoots really fast, reloads slow, and does little damage? Basically to create cover for your allies... I would love love love to play around with that one!
P.S I believe one of these threads has a LMG skin for the SMG, you should go check it out :)
If you want to laugh your ass of at Jdrew Irony, open this.

I just did a really quick test. Fired at double the speed of the SMG, 100 bullets per mag and double the spread and recoil of the AR. It was inaccurate as hell but would be great for cover fire.
Normally a lmg shoots slower and has more recoil than a smg. On the other side it deals more damage !
I think you confused something arkger.
One problem is the main advantage of lmgs: suppression. I don't know if it's possible to implement this.

Not necessarily. There were some machineguns able to fire in 1000+ RPM, like the German MG3, aka "Buzzer".
Pls buffalo, just "there were some", we don't talk about "some" lmgs. Btw pls explain me how a weapon with 1000+ rpm and a large mag either isn't extreme op or doesn't have an extremely high recoil ?

Eh, never said it was to be implemented in the game, but your statement that LMGs are slow-RoF is false. There were, yes, some very fast-firing LMGs and there still are. The difference between standard-issue ARs and LMGs is not usually that big. The FN MINIMI is able to toggle to a RoF of up to 1.000 RPM, and if I'm not mistaken the M240Bravo is capable of firerates higher than 850RPM.

Wikipedia says 750-950.
Worldguns says it is selectable, between a 650-750 and a 950-1000 settings.
And half of the function you described(all numbers between 750 and 950) are higher than 850 anyway.

I was confirming what you were saying.
