Ok apparently some people aren't ok with my interpretations of the procedure so I'll just outline the following points, if anyone has objections then say so:
- Trades between territories take place first, then moves and attacks/coalitions
- When you specify an attack or coalition against someone, if you are not touching the victim by the time your turn comes in the update, you will not attack or do anything since you have to border someone to attack them or join coalition against them.

i pay attention to rolls that will have an effect on me.
i'll just check the map for the rest.

the rules say nothing about what comes first, it simply says this

First to post (each turn) gets to roll first.

Alright why don't we just close this risk then and sort who is 1st 2nd 3rd by the battle score from round 26? (seeing as how some people don't like r27 update)
I can host risk v8 if anyone wants but with clearly stated rules on everything instead of playing a guessing game and having to magically know what the OP means somehow. We could also try something new idk.

Eh, I don't care much. I'd love to continue playing but I have some more important stuff to care about right now and I'm fucked anyway so I guess I'm waiting this one out.

Well, we could have some kind of themed Forum Risk, e.g one with Native American tribes set in a map of Center and Western North America.

gen has been making a Mediterranean map I think. I also wouldn't mind trying out a fictionate world like Tamriel or Narnia thingie.
