[list] tag broken in club board descriptions

So I need to give a big list of rules for the bugs section in the Iceball club, because otherwise someone's going to be a complete noob and post something completely fucking useless.
Unfortunately, the list tag doesn't display the bullet points, so I've prepended a * to each list item.

This is a problem with the CSS style, not a problem with the HTML generator.

What's that got to do with anything? It's not like it's new software written specifically for this, so the testing isn't to do with things like this. Also, how would anything get out of testing if bugs weren't reported and fixed?
