HELP HOSTING A SERVER!

I already port forward.
When I join my server it says "Error Server Connection Failed"
What should I do?
Please Help

My router is a Tp-Link

Step 1: How are you attempting to connect?
Step 2: Do you even know how to connect?
Step 3: If so, are you using the right port in the config?
Step 4: Have you tried connecting with local host? (Hint: Try Using Spadille)

So.. i just only run my "mtaserver.exe" and use my WAN IP to connect to server ?
