Which part are you stuck on? Also, you're going to need to set up a static ip for your computer first, if you don't, you'll have to portforward again everyday since your ip would change. (Your computer ip, not your public ip)

I know zeb I feel you I'm still learning how to make a server for BnS I feel your pain. I'm almost 20 and had computer classes my hole life and no one ever taught me what the hell a port even was lol. I wish there was an actually video that showed you step by step how to do everything, as well as a description of what everything is.

I login to my router and get to the game ing thing and that's as far as I get.

Why do you want a mine craft server? Even if you were able to do it your computer can NOT handle it. You need at least 1.5 GB of ram to host a mine craft server and if you are going to play on it to then you would need even more RAM.

A really good internet connection is also required. I have 10 down and 10 up and that's probably the minimum requirements. I also run my server (I only use it occasionally with friends) with 2GB of RAM. I have 16, which is probably a bit much, but whatever. :p

Yes making a BnS server is kinda tricky, man i've had same experiences as you Somnium, port is a weird thing, every computer uses a special port to run each program on it. Thats all i know.
I tried to make my own AoS BnS server and failed, or at least it write: "server connection failed." I watched some tutorial videos i.e. from GamingFTW http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoORzRWo ... c3r04JtFOH. But the port is always same when you try to run a BnS server because the server is running through BnS domain. So it has the BnS port. Didn't make my server work though.

It isn't that hard. Just forward the 32268 port or what ever it is and start the server

you don't have to port forward to run a lan server. You did not answer my question, why do you want a mine craft server?
