"Ban evasion" would be defined as playing on the servers when you are supposed to be banned, due to a change in IP, whether it be changed on purpose or if you have a dynamic IP. Regardless, whenever you play on an aloha (or minit) server, it's considered ban evasion, which is a bannable offense, because you were banned for aimbotting in the past multiple times.

If you want to be able to play freely on our servers again, I suggest appealing at http://aloha.pk, because if you don't, then we'll just continue to ban you for evading your bans.

I'm not banning you for "nothing". Once you are banned for cheating, you are not supposed to be allowed back on the servers until the original ban is rescinded, which it hasn't been, because this is done via the appeal process. But anyway, thank you for cooperating.

Looks like i'm more informed than you, sorry but posting here a history log from a BaS server isn't the real proving evidence, at least for me. As i learned, those bans happened long time ago and consider player to be a cheater - forever - isn't fair at all. This fact, that he is hacking, is expired for me.

Well the the one for deciding if to kick/not kick a person from clan is Electrix. I'll say it to make this clear.

I think electrix you should close your registrations for now. Sort out your members, and then open the registrations but then also you must check them if they hack or not.
