Do you have a static IP adress? Is it set to tcp, udp, or both?
What I say about your grammar:

It was not great you may want to fix a few things up

You do have to port forward both both UDP and TCP. You may also have to add inbound and outbound rules on your firewall.

That IP is the local IP of the computer you are trying to port forward for. You can get it from the command prompt.
Go to start and open 'Run'. Type cmd and that will bring it open. Then type ipconfig /all and you should see an IPv4 address. That's the ip you want to enter for port forwarding.
