That video may seem stupid, but I would encourage you to watch the whole thing to the very end. I am not going to drawn any conclusions for you but please take in to account that satellites are not capable of changing their trajectory that suddenly.
*facepalm* no you have to watch the whole thing until one of those droplets suddenly changes its trajectory... This is some of the most convincing footage of any UFO, especially since it is from NASA.

I didn't see any changing trajectory. The most that happened was one of them going off-camera and then another one going in the more-or-less opposite direction.
Depends on the case. There are criminals that are just not worth the time and money wasted to rehabilitate them e.g serial killers, brutal killers(people who torture, rape and then kill), brutal serial killers, etc.
