Also if aliens did make a big entrance wouldn't a whole bunch of people flip their shit, then some shit would go down involving various countries attempting to get tech from them, and before you know it the whole world is a shit storm. This is not what I actually think, but I am just making the argument.

Yeah, a lot of people would probably lose their shit, but it is an entirely new form of life. They might not even have the concept of "people losing their shit". Hell, depending on how common intelligent life might be, they could just think "Oh hey, there is this other little planet with intelligent life we didn't notice before. Let's go and say hi!".

And if they did get to Earth they had either been traveling for a couple of years in a massive space hulk, or be so advanced that we cant even fathom what they are capable of. Well, if we are going to base what they will do on what we would normally do, just remember what very technologically advanced people do when they are entering a new place with its own intelligent people:
Kidnap their leader, ask for random, then kill said leader while ravaging the whole country(Europeans and Mesoamerican peoples)
Enslave the people, hunt down said people, kill said people with a machine gun loaded with nails, take the survivours to a "refugee" camp where they slowly die of thirst and famine.(Europeans and Australian aborigines, Tasmanians)
Invade the place the natives are living, kill or enslave all of them. (Maoris and Morioris)
Trade with them for a while them strike when they are weak(Multiple peoples)
And etc
Now, I know there were cases where there was trade and stuff between them, but those were mostly 1)when both of them had knowledge about each other and/or 2)they were roughly equal in technology and tactics, so attack the enemy would be suicide for both.

That heavily depends on how biologically and technologically advanced these aliens are. We could just as well have asteroids receiving energy from the radiation of stars, generating momentum using big solar seals, and astronomers would still quikly discover them if they came near earth. Would THAT produce panic and chaos everywhere on earth? Even if the new life form turned out to be extremely intelligent, I don't think it would make up any real threat to earth.
I just ended three sentences with the word 'earth'... Wait... DAMNIT

If they are able to come to Earth, then their technology is certainly much more advanced than we can even imagine now. The main technological difference between the Spaniards and the Incas was that Spaniards had horses, metal swords and armour, and even with that apparently small technological advantage, they managed to crush the Inca Empire with a couple hundred men. The only way to survive more than a couple of years if they decide to annihilate us for whatever reason(most likely for fear of future competition or for resources) would be to turn Earth into a big guerrilla battlefield, like Nam.

I don't thinks that any Aliens with that superior technology I am sure that nothing that we could muster (even in the distant future) would be of any threat to them, this is because if they were some how able to understand how light works they could easily just create a black hole in the middle of out planet and kill us. Just one thing they could do if anything got remotely out of hand, which it wouldn't.

Their are near Zombie type diseases, but it would take a Millennium of evolution for a virus to actually do something like that. There is this Amazonian fungus that turns ants in to zombies, but that is about the larges scale that one of these types of things exist at. Also most unidentified objects are Air Force testing new planes in secret.
