My timezone is GMT +4, because I live in UAE. I'm often online from 11:00 am to 4 or 5:00 pm. I won't be online at night though.

First of all, it depends whether you want a 24/7 server that you have to pay or do you wish to host it from your own PC for some matches, events, etc. Read this and ask me if you have any questions.
