Then I asked, what he expected us to do since he had no video proof and it could just have as easily been a video playing from an open browser window. Ask tech support about it.

Only if listening to squeaky-voiced newbies shout profanity and threats at you for having the temerity to be better at the game than they are is your idea of a good time. I'd find it very useful and game-enhancing indeed on a server where high standards of civilised behaviour were rigorously and consistently enforced (ie making homophobic or racist remarks is ban-worthy and there are admins around to enforce this most of the time), but we've always struggled with that in AoS; the only really civilised English-language servers were the now-defunct Goon Haven and Sham's Little Pony, which is sadly diminished these days.
