I don't think you understand what the 9/11 was.
There were no charges set, it was a couple of extremists hijacking some planes and pointing them to big buildings. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to do that.
Besides, it is not like the bin Laden family is broke... I'm sure he had a lot of cash to spend on simulators, training planes and stuff to at least teach the basics of throwing planes at buildings.

The burning flame from a plane would not cause a building to explode 20 minutes after the plane hit is, the building would also have fallen to the side if the only reason for the building to fall was the plane... think about it, this is not the first time that the government has twisted the truth.

Yes, it would have. The fuel only needs to weaken the steel, not burn through it entirely.

Wrong again. The building fell in a process known as "pancaking". When one floor layer crashes down onto the next, and this continues somewhat like dominoes.
