How do I change PNG?

Hey guys. I am very good at modding on .75/.76, and I know how to change it. But with the 1.0, I have gone into the steam thing, found steamapps and ace of spades, but where the heck are the scopes? I have found PNG but there is nothing. How do I change the scopes? I can change the kv6 easily enough, it's easy to find, but I have no clue as to changing the scope. PLEASE HELP!

1.0 is not from here, go ask jagex.

I think jagex uses kv6 models as ironsights and scopes, so you can't change it without editing the models
And mods move this topic to "Help & Disscussions" else, this is in the wrong spot
