Are 90% of people who attack towers fucking retards? There's a reason we have spades, and the ability to build stairs.

There is a way to very quickly pillar up on walls, and these overhangs just stop them in their tracks ever so slightly.

There is a way to very quickly pillar up on walls, and these overhangs just stop them in their tracks ever so slightly.
There's an even quicker way to pillar up without a wall right next to. Is it really that hard to look up to see where you're building?

No, no pretty sure there is not. Could you show me that way ._.

Edit: This was a timed challenge for myself on minit assault .76. Building time (including slight disturbances) ~40 Minutes. Undisturbed takedown took 62 seconds.

A little thing thrown together by me an kynjer in roughly 15 minutes while fending of the ak hords. (it is max height by his very clear demand :D)

I came up with this design which is mathematically built apart from the height(its max height), I could have added diagonal pillars but It looks better without, I thought I would celebrate Limes victory over SS yesterday with a lovely Lime Victory Tower.

There are, like, 5 2x2 pillars holding that tower up. Easily and quickly destroyable by a two-man SMG team.

Here is practically unbeatable tower design awarded on Shams by the official title: Architect of Nightmares

(it is just baby version, when I will build proper one, I will post it.)

key features:
-the enemy can actually climb up(if he finds the right way), which is good because it takes time and he can be shot from multiple angles
-if some poor pony tries to shoot it from bottom, he can be actually seen and killed
-fast to build by anyone, you just climb up, get blocks, right click something, jump down, done.
-very hard to grief, team have time to spawn multiple times and defend before it can be destroyed
-very easy to repair or reinforce
-it scales, the bigger the better, you can have multiple pillar nodes connected by tentacles

Ummm... no offence, but there are MANY places where an enemy could climb up. And even more places where he could safely get down. You don't even have to think about building anything to get to the intel. This is basically a hill with a bit air inside.

there is no problem with making some tentacles steeper so it cannot be climbed up
