Maybe a Shoutbox?

I think adding a shoutbox (if possible) would be cool to the forums. I like the IRC, but many people come in BuildAndShoot and dont go to the irc. A way to unite the community would be with a forum shoutbox.

maybe you could add it to a place where more people see it? because In the times i didnt frequented the forums, i never checked anything around it :s
but maybe that was just with me
