What proof do you have of this?

My reasoning behind the blue poster coming first is the better quality (note the marks round the letters on the green poster) and the mismatched [Green] text in the green poster (Which, you may note, does not have marks round it). Also, the blue poster has some lines of small text at the bottom (which the green poster lacks), which i doubt would be added on - more likely whoever edited the poster for green cut these lines off.
