Example; Joe, Bob and John all go to donate money to a charity. Their mutual friend Rick, walks over and tells them he's on his way over there later today to donate some money of his own. He offers to save them the ride and pool the money together with them and just donate it all at once while he's there. They give him the money under the assumption he will do it. Instead, Rick spends the money on a new phone, while not telling anyone.
