Well.... I'm going to be honest here. I think you being a clan leader is great but the name is kind of immature and the name is like put together by a trolling group. I still support this clan and GOOD LUCK Rookie. This is not a criticism but it is a review of your clan.

I think you don't know how the world works. You don't give respect to anyone all willy-nilly; you have to earn respect. Also, respecting anyone inferior to you either makes you an idiot, or the person equal/superior than you.

-Show maturity

How could you expect your clan members to show maturity when their clan leader can't?

I'm not blatantly insulting you without reason; I'm giving you criticism to improve your clan. Also, I am not embarrassing myself in any way just by criticizing you.

B) Double-posting is bad. Quadruple-posting is even worse. You should feel ashamed of yourself.

Well i was actually handling it a mature way by simply making you seem like i don't care about the down talk you said on my clan. i was acting as if that was a complement so then you would get all steered up because i am acting like you complimented me lol. like as if you said "Eww your clan Sucks" my response would have been Thanks for the compliment or stop taking about yourself(just giving examples of my reactions) or if you said "You aren't the Best leader you Stink i would have said "thanks that my specialty or thanks for the complement, you get what i am saying. lol but thanks for testing me on that.
