Unfortunately, I don't possess a half decent computer. Mine freezes if I try to start Minecraft with the 1.4.6 update :(

Definitely, lemme know how you like the game. I haven't been on much over the Christmas break but I'll look out for ya. I've been mostly playing AoS and some games I got on sale on Steam. Knights of the Old Republic (2003), son! Best Star Wars game ever.

Atleast how I imagine it, izzy is a rich 40 year old.

Well, I wasn't calling Izzy "son".
This: "Knights of the Old Republic (2003), son!" was just meant as a general exclamation.
Although, I'd imagine we're not too far apart in age, since I had a Commodore 64 when I was a kid.

Eah.
I played it in Beta, and followed its development.
For all the whole open world gimmick is cool, disappointing gunplay and uninspired map design kind of ruined the experience after a while. Eventually I just gave up on infantry and went with what I found was the only real satisfying part of the game: the air vehicles.
The faction rivalry, however, makes for some of the best community interactions ever, as well as some great motivation during play. And I certainly can't fault it for being a game that produces stories.
If I could recommend this to anyone, it would be to a Battlefield fan. Anyone who loved that series (except BF3... Urgh) because of the moments it can produce will find a love here equal to or greater than their previous. Just... Try not to focus too hard on the way the guns handle.
On a slight side note, Vanu for life!

Hey guys, how much do you say would cost a PC capable of running the game on decent settings? I'm giving up on my ol' Potato and I'm moving to a decent gaming PC. Not interested in next-gen games, I just want to run PSII, TF2, Portal games and other games on the like in good settings and with around 30-40 FPS(for PSII)

You all must be kidding. A PC? I'm playing this at 50-60 FPS on a laptop. http://usa.asus.com/Notebooks/Gaming_Powerhouse/G73Jh/

It costs $1200 in stores, so if he got it off E-Bay for that much... what a ripoff.

I managed to run it in my laptop(not on my computer), but as people say here in Brazil, I'm trying to get milk out of a rock. It only runs on the lowest settings and with a pretty low FPS(I guesstimate around 15). Can't stand next to more than 3-4 guys and it turns into a slideshow.
