Right now everyone in the game is topped by at least one other, no matter who. I think the best in the game will be some prodigy who joins the game in a few months and picks off people like no one's business without knowing his skills. I can't really say who is the best, all I know is that there's a bunch of people I have trouble against - mikuli, Tank, colorpinpoint and PABH (to name a few). Haven't seen Kodiak outside of 0.75 so I can't say anything. People should play on the version that is actually decent (0.76).
