idk no offense but that sounds kinda pedoish. People don't want to join because the people you accept such as Pking are trouble makers as he griefed for 10 minutes on pinpoint. You should moniter who you accept if you want some people to join your clan.

You need to add Apllication format cause recruiting in-game is a bad idea but if you use skype to get members, it's not a bad idea though.Anyway, hope this goes well :D
