Yeah sorry I have been working on 5 different assignments and about 9 periods of homework so i have been inactive. I will try to recruit people.

inactivity unannounced should be dealt with immediately. AKA: Kicking. Its mainly better to kick now in small sessions. But if you let inactive members build up over time and kick them all at once, then it will look bad. You shouldn't save everything to the last minute. Also it gives a sort of look that you are inconfident on yourselves and you don't have guts. If you make a false pretense that everything is going well and put a wall in front of the rumours of inactivity. Eventually the rumour level will flood over the wall and the truth will hit you and everyone full blast. So I suggest dealing with inactive members now. Besides they swore an oath when joining this clan about activity. So it is not unfair to kick. Its not about being nice or not nice in a buisness but maintaining standards and regulations within members.
