Forum risk V6: What map should I use?

Pls world because I spent the past 3 hours making the damn thing. and 3 more hours to go
Suggestions:
-For anti-IceCraft trick remove settling after irl Moscow area, as well as in territories ~2 tiles adjacent to seas/oceans.
-Remove bombing
-Add chances for global effects such as global economic crisis, or a continent-only effect like a plague.
-Remove expansion in a line of single tiles, instead force a minimum of 3 tile-wide expansion when asked to expand in a line.
-During naval route expansion/attack maybe add skip-a-turn or allow expansion of only 1 tile on the newly settled/conquered land.
-Do not allow black as a color of choice or any of its shades until like light-grey.

- non-Earth maps (something from games, books or imagination)

2v1's and 2v2's pls (like allies make 1 army n strike or make 1 army n defend
space exploration cos swag
resources for trading?

What about Eurasia? With medieval techs... for example, Britain has knights and longbows, while Japan has samurais and shortbows. Also, some provinces should be worth less than others, i.e a remote Siberian province shouldn't produce as many resources or be as populated as, for example, Babylon or Byzantion.

There's plenty of Russia-like areas.

Then apply the same rule to other areas like Alaska, South Africa, Chile.

What about Southeast Asia? Place was a pretty big hub of civilization, what with China, India and New Guinea nearby. I voted for Oceania+Indonesia because it is the closest to my suggestion but I think it would be neat to also include Indochina and Southern China.

Calculating that might be a problem.

Just add some % decrease or random value decrease in combat strength/terrs gained/roll.
eg. Tsunami hits japan, -3 on next roll, to every player holding tiles in modern Japan area.
