I couldnt make a list of tutorials, because theres lots of them and most of them are good.
Mostly it depends on your skill level.
I suggest learning modeling first :)

And maybe, theres a small chance for me to do live stream tutorial for you guys, if theres atleast 5 people that want to learn blender. ;)
